I coach authors writing academic grant proposals, journal articles, books, and doctoral theses.* I specialize in qualitative and arts-informed research methods, life history, and memoir.

I tailor my coaching to the authors’ needs and goals and help them clearly articulate their research, ideas, knowledge, and experience.

I engage authors in dialogue, help them overcome the issues they encounter, and provide them with constructive feedback. It is my greatest pleasure to find that an author no longer needs my help and can proceed on their own.

In memoir or life history writing, I guide authors in the use of artifacts, such as photos, letters, and art, to explore their experiences as they write.
